All purchases are shipped from our store in Nassau, NY to ship within seven business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations.
Gift Wrapping
Most items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.
Gift Certificates
There is no shipping charge for gift certificates if you select standard U.S. Postal Service delivery, 7-10 days. For $6.50, we will provide two-day service.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by hswfinearts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns on custom work (this would be items that are out of the normal parameters of the designs). There are no returns on the Heidi Bears or Mothers Jewelry as they are completely custom.
